HIRING UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Take responsibility: You are responsible for UX design activities in small and large digital projects
• Use your creativity and freedom: You support our project teams in designing solution concepts that inspire the user as well as our customers
• Integrated implementation: You will be part of the entire design process, from requirements gathering to wireframing, designing interaction flows, UI mockups and design specifications, and iteratively implementing design improvements according to the results of our user research
• Observe, and think ahead: You enable our development teams to both, innovate design ideas and think and plan in terms of long-term design projects

• Working Practice: Team-oriented, good communication skills, able to work in cross-functional teams. You solve problems in a proactive and focused manner
• Experience and Knowledge:
  • low-fi and high-fi prototypes
  • Sketch/ Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Applicable knowledge of usability and human-centered design principles
  • Design thinking methods, Interaction design patterns and methods
  • Keynote/ Powerpoint; familiarity with HTML/CSS/Javascript and web programming
• Enthusiasm: Human-centered design and for the expansion of the design field in technological spheres
• Education: Proven experience designing UIs for digital solutions. An education in communication design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related media design fields
• Languages: English; German is a plus
